Job Duties:

Duties: Bartender will execute craft cocktails mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff. Bartender will greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible. Worker will maintain cleanliness and organization of bar/ bar storage areas at all times. Worker will execute cocktail recipes and demonstrate ability to follow recipes for syrups and all house-made ingredients. Worker will enter all transactions accordingly into point-of-sale system and issue accurate checks to members and guests. Worker will display extensive knowledge of all beverages and ingredients, as well as recommendations for pairings of food. Worker will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine and ability to make recommendations from the club wine list. Worker will demonstrate sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions. No experience is required.

Special Requirements:

Employee will work Mon to Sun, an average of 40 hours/wk. Must be able to work any 8-hour shift within the hours of 8 am to 11 pm any day of the week; days off rotate, shifts vary, weekends and holidays are required. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, must be flexible, be able to communicate in English and be a team player. Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. when necessary.
