Job Duties:

Beach Attendants will be responsible for performing a variety of attending duties at the beach, including escorting guests to their beach chairs, providing guests with towels and other linens upon request, assisting guests with beach umbrellas and chairs, answering guest questions or referring guest problems or complaints to supervisors, maintaining inventories, safety and cleanliness of the beach facilities, sweeping and mopping the deck, tables, and chairs, removing trash if needed, and adhering to operational procedures for pool and fitness equipment. Beach Attendants will assist in the implementation of programs, youth programs, special events, and conference recreation events by assisting the Family Recreational Manager with monitoring and assisting child and family activities on the beach including beach games, beach limbo, and beach/pool games. Beach Attendants will also be responsible for taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the beach or pool, cleaning glasses, and cleaning and clearing tables. Beach Attendants may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Special Requirements:

The petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Individuals who did not work for the company within the last 90 days before their new start date must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Beach Attendants may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be 18 years old (serving alcohol). Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must have or be able to get ServSafe Certification. Must complete Human Trafficking Training and Blood Borne Pathogens Training upon Hire. Must be able to complete Alcohol Compliance Training. Must have or be able to get CPR/First Aid Certification. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Individuals who did not work for the company within the last 90 days before their new start date must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 5:30am-12:30pm / 10:00am-4:00pm / 3:00 pm-11:00 pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $15.79 to $23.00 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company) Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $23.69 to $34.50 per hour. Employees may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus, as well as service charges- take out.
