- Job Duties:
- Dishwasher is responsible to wash and sanitize pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment according to hotel specifications and standards. Clean and maintain equipment and pot washing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas. Assist in washing wares by operating the dishwashing machine. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned. The Dishwasher purpose is to ensure that the level of service provided to the guest is highly individualized and that each guest feels that their comfort and convenience are the principal concerns of The Gasparilla Inn & Club. Dishwashers may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Must have or be able to get Service Safe Certification. Special Requirements for the Job: Individuals who did not work for the company within the last 90 days before their new start date must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening. Dishwashers must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must have or be able to get ServSafe Certification. Must complete Human Trafficking Training and Blood Borne Pathogens Training upon Hire. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am-2pm / 9:00am-4:00pm / 3:00pm-10:00pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $14.92 to $18.50 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company) Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $22.38 to $27.75 per hour. Employees may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of a discretionary season-end bonus, as well as service charges- take out.
