Job Duties:

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, grass trimmers, and pruning shears. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Perform winter cutbacks on perennials and plants in order to properly prepare lawns or landscapes for winter weather and new growth in the Spring. Maintain irrigation systems on flower beds, including winterizing the systems before temperatures drop below freezing to prevent damage. Assist with yard clean up, leaf removal, mulch or replace the mulch, and leaf cleanup.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Must have prior knowledge of the industry. The workers will be subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion, paid by the employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. The workers are subject to pre-employment criminal background checks, paid by the employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
