Job Duties:

Perform temporary, full-time snow removal and winter maintenance driving services for commercial and residential properties. Operate snow plows and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from parking lots, drive lanes, entrances, and paved surfaces. Transport crews, materials, salt, and equipment between job sites. Inspect and maintain vehicles and snow equipment and assist with manual snow removal, salting, seasonal cleanup, and street sweeping operations as needed. Work may involve overnight, weekend, holiday, and emergency weather-response shifts.

Special Requirements:

Driver license Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Maximum shifts are 12 hours per day. The actual work schedule for each day of the week is subject to change. Not every employee will work 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week. An employee may work up to 12 hours per day, but may work alternating days or may work a portion of a 12 hour shift. We will offer at least 40 hours in a typical workweek. Hours in excess of 40 will vary depending on staff and other factors to be evaluated on a daily basis. must be able to operate zero turn mowers, weed whackers, and backpack blowers. employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. post-hire background check and employment eligibility (e-verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. driver's license required for workers who drive company vehicles. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
