Job Duties:

1. Conduct guided walking tours for Spanish-speaking tourists throughout designated historic and cultural areas of New Orleans using established tour routes and approved tour procedures. 2. Assist Spanish-speaking visitors by providing language support, customer assistance, and guidance during scheduled tourism activities and walking tours. 3. Provide historical, cultural, architectural, and tourism-related information regarding New Orleans landmarks, traditions, neighborhoods, festivals, and local attractions. 4. Escort and guide tourist groups through predetermined tour routes while ensuring adherence to company-established operational and safety procedures. 5. Support positive customer experience during scheduled tours by responding to visitor questions, assisting with tour coordination, and maintaining professional customer service standards. 6. Assist with tourism operations and customer service activities during recurring high-demand tourism periods, including Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, holiday tourism seasons, cruise tourism surges, and other seasonal tourism events in New Orleans.

The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain applicable New Orleans tour guide license for conducting guided tourism activities within the City of New Orleans. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English.
