- - Standing by table/work station, grab a handful of balsam fir by hand, arrange hand-sized bouquet, clamp to a metal ring by hand. - Trim greenery and arrange wreaths using hand trimmers.

Special Requirements and Provisions: -Employer may offer a bonus or increased wage depending on experience and merit. -Employer provides optional housing to workers who do not reside within a reasonable commute to primary worksite location. -Piece Rate of $0.75/wreath with a minimum production requirement of 24 wreaths per hour -Employer will pay the highest of the prevailing wage or piece rate throughout the entire period of employment
