Job Duties:

Raking, bailing, spreading and loading pine straw onto tractors by hand working strictly on farms. Use hand tools such as pitchfork and rakes. Any duty associated with SOC Code 45-2092.

- Must be willing and able to tolerate very hot or very cold temperatures. - Must be willing and able to tolerate loud noises. - Must be able to walk long distances throughout day and be able to perform physical labor. - Must be available entire contract period. - May conduct post-hire, employer-paid drug testing. Special Requirements and Provisions: - All worksite locations are within driving distance of primary worksite location - Employer will pay the highest of all prevailing wages for all worksite locations throughout the entire period of employment. - Employer may offer a bonus depending on experience and merit. - Employer may pay by piece rate at approximately .85/roll. - Workers will only work at one location per day and therefore daily transportation is not required/provided. - Employer does not provide housing.
