- DUTIES: workers will assist senior team leaders in performing tasks at work sites, including operation of hand and power tools of all types, clean and prepare work sites, dig trenches, brace and backfill excavations, prepare forms, prep worksites if below-freezing, assist other workers, clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. Power tools include post-hole diggers and motorized tools such as a Ditch Witch and a Skid Steer. Employer provides all tools and transportation.
