- Job Duties:
- Serve meals to patrons in a formal setting; presents menus, suggests courses/wines; answers questions on food preparation; writes order on check and relays it to kitchen; serves courses from kitchen/bars; garnishes dishes before serving; observes diners to respond to any request and determine when meal has been completed; maintains cleanliness on the dining table, before and after meal; presents bill for payment. *Continuation to Section F.a.5 below: 40 hours a week. Shifts will consist of 8 hour shifts that can vary as needed as advertised in State Workforce Agency job order, and in other H2B advertisement sources as per employers recruiting requirements for prospective workers under the H-2B program. Variable shifts over 7 days a week. Shifts may vary: 7am to 10pm.
