Job Duties:

Cut various conifer and noble branches and other greenery to size for wreath, garland and centerpiece making. This is a repetitive skill. Workers must use wire to attach greenery. Trim material using trimmers, shapers, wire, pins, floral tape, foam, and other materials.

Additional Wage Information:

possible production bonus. Employer will facilitate housing and transportation. Workers who exceed established production and quality standards may be eligible for a production bonus. Bonus eligibility and potential vary based on the product and department, but the threshold for qualifying for the bonus ranges from producing 8-296 units per day, resulting in additional earnings ranging between $0.39 and $10.43 per unit. On average, productive workers can expect to earn an extra $2.75 per hour, or $110 per week. All products must meet or exceed the established quality standards such as weight, conformance to specifications, and overall appearance, to count toward the target or bonus units. Some departments and products may not be eligible for production bonuses. In all cases, workers are guaranteed at least $13.81 per hour
