Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** Load and unload washers and dryers including adding detergent and selecting cycles; iron, fold, and organize laundered club or guest only bed linens, blankets, mattress pads, towels, tablecloths, napkins, bath robes items. Assist with basic event set up and breakdown by moving or replacing table linens, wiping and sanitizing tables, chairs, or staging areas, including arranging tables, chairs, staging areas to wipe and sanitize before and after events and banquets in club spaces to reset rooms, or other furnishings (podiums, tv’s, event signs) as directed. Help prepare club areas for meetings by removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing before banquets, social events, or special functions. Assist other areas of the club (lobbies, locker rooms, fitness, common areas, pro-shop areas, offices, and similar club spaces with general cleaning to sanitize and disinfect or organizational tasks to reset the room back to standards, as needed and assigned. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing by removing dishes to deep clean the dishwasher in the club kitchens and back of house kitchen support areas such as around the dishwasher including cabinets or storage areas in club kitchen spaces for periodic deep cleaning support. ***Original F.a.2*** • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, locker rooms, stairways, elevators, corridors, cottages, and other assigned areas. • Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors. • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies. • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment. • Disinfect equipment and supplies using approved cleaning agents and procedures (Ex: (germicides, steam-operated tools, etc.) • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. • Replenish bathroom supplies, linens, towels, drinking glasses, and other guest amenities. • Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays; transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas. • Assist in any activity involving cleaning or organizing the clubs or cottages, such as replenishing bathroom supplies, drinking glasses, and writing supplies. • Sort, count, mark, and store clean linens in designated linen closets. • Load and unload washers and dryers; iron, fold, and organize laundered items. • Transport linens, towels, bathroom essentials, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts. • Carry cleaning supplies and equipment safely across work areas. • Replace light bulbs as needed. • Operate cleaning equipment according to training and safety standards. • Operate a golf cart to transport cleaning supplies and access work areas as assigned. • Follow all safety, driving, and operational procedures when operating club carts. • Assist with basic event set up and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, staging areas, or other furnishings as directed. • Help prepare club areas for meetings, banquets, social events, or special functions. • Support resetting rooms and common areas after events to maintain cleanliness and order. • Assist other areas of the club with general cleaning or organizational tasks, as needed and assigned. Dishwashing & Kitchen Support (Incidental) • Assist with dishwashing and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and cookware, as needed. • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment according to safety and sanitation guidelines. • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of dishwashing and back-of-house kitchen support areas. Dishwashing duties are incidental support only. This position does not perform food preparation, cooking, food service, alcohol service, or kitchen supervisory duties.

This position operates in a private club setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee may be exposed to hazards, including, but not limited to, cuts, slips, trips, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing and walking for an extended period. It also requires bending, kneeling, stooping, kneeling, climbing, crouching, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 poundscontinuous repetitive motions. Hours may include weekends, nightshifts, holidays, and extended shifts, based on business needs. All applicants must pass drug tests and background checks, including domestic and H2B visa holders. Employees in seasonal, full-time, and annual positions. These standards apply to all applicants regardless of national origin, race, or gender.

Additional Conditions About the Wage Rate to be Paid at Any Work Locations (ETA Form 9142B, Section F.b.9) Position: Housekeeping Attendant Overtime may be available and guaranteed at no less than $26.13 per hour (time and one-half the regular rate of $17.42 per hour) for hours worked over forty (40) in a workweek (Monday through Sunday). Raises and bonuses are available based on performance or length of service with the employer. Free meals are provided to employees while on duty. Optional medical and vision benefits are available to employees whose expected period of employment exceeds six (6) months. An optional 401(k) retirement plan is available to eligible employees following 30 days of continuous employment. Optional shared employee housing is available for workers relocating to begin employment. If accepted, the cost of housing is $650 per month plus an additional up-front security deposit of $350. Daily transportation to and from the worksite is provided at no charge to workers who elect to stay in the optional assisted housing. All other employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the worksite. Transportation is provided to all workers to and from the airport upon arrival and to their respective housing units at no charge.
