- Job Duties:
- Job requires that shuckers load or unload oysters from transport. Once the oyster has been unloaded, shuckers will process the oysters by culling, removing the oyster from the shell, washing, weighing, packing, labeling, palletizing, and storing. Shuckers will maintain work area clean and free of contaminants.
