Job Duties:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dining operations, service standards, and member experiences in a private country club environment. This role supports all restaurant, bar, banquet, and club event operations while ensuring warm, professional, and consistent hospitality. Key responsibilities include supervising and training service staff, managing floor operations, maintaining service standards, assisting with scheduling, coordinating with the culinary team, resolving member and guest concerns, and ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and properly prepared. The Food & Beverage Manager also supports inventory control, beverage service, event execution, and overall department communication.

Special Requirements:

Six (6) months prior server related experience and hospitality/hotel experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a polished, member-focused club setting. Background check may be required in accordance with company policy in effect at the time of hiring
