Job Duties:

**RFI** 1. Machinery Motorized roller conveyors and walk-behind powered lift truck. 2. Defective Products By hand (under 50 lbs), manual hand truck, or electric walk-behind powered lift truck. 3. Powered Lift Trucks Electric walk-behind pallet jacks and walkie stackers (Big Joe/Raymond models). 4. Painting • Tools: Wire brushes, sandpaper, and aerosol spray-paint cans. • Purpose: Cosmetic touch-ups to prevent exterior rust. 5. Maintenance • Tasks: Scraping dust, wiping down machines, and pressure washing. • Tools: Screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, and a pressure washer. Parts/Gears: Replacing rubber dust seals or lightbulbs. Changing gears means sliding a plastic drop-in guide sprocket onto a conveyor roller by unbolting a guard with a hand wrench. It involves zero internal mechanical repair, zero timing adjustments, and no engine, transmission, electrical, or hydraulic work. **Original** Load and unload building stone items from machines and conveyors, operate machinery used to support the production process performed inside building at worksite, place building stone in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspection or wrapping. Workers will hold and supply building stone materials and tools to support production workers. Transfer finished products, building stone, tools, or equipment between storage and work areas of plants and warehouses, by hand or using hand trucks or powered lift trucks. Workers will also sweep and collect trash and debris for disposal. Workers will perform rust removal, and paint equipment and machines such as excavators and skid loaders. Assist in end of season maintenance tasks such as performing minor repairs to machines (replacing damaged or worn parts), changing machine gears, and washing work areas, machines, and equipment. Workers will also identify defective building stone products and reallocate for disposal or reprocessing. Must be able to bend, stoop, be on feet for long periods, and work outside in hot/cold weather.
