- Take beverage order; prepares mixed drinks and serves the same; cleans bar area; may be required to take food orders and make knowledgeable recommendations regarding wines and other products; requisition and display liquor and supplies; must keep bar area clean and work under strictly enforced state code.

- Pass pre-employment police clearance; Able to communicate in English; post-employment drug testing. Employer requires pre-employment police clearance and post-employment drug testing to be carried out equally between the U.S. workers and the H-2B workers. *CONTINUATION TO SECTION F.A.5 OF ETA 9142 ABOVE: 40 HOURS A WEEK WILL CONSIST OF 8 HOUR SHIFTS THAT CAN VARY AS NEEDED OVER 7 DAYS A WEEK. SHIFT MAY VARY FROM 6AM TO 11PM.
