- Willingness to ride live thoroughbred horses, sometimes at a high rate of speed and distance, without assistance. Work hours are Monday - Saturday between 5:50 AM and 11:00 AM. The employer will not provide housing, but will assist workers with finding housing that is not owned by the employer or management.
