- Job Duties:
- Prepare, saute, broil cook such items as meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads. Keep all cooking and kitchen areas clean and sanitized. Assist with food preparation, portioning, plating, stocking, and maintaining inventory. Follow recipes, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen, food preparation, cooking, storage, and work areas. Operate commercial kitchen equipment and perform related kitchen duties as assigned.
