Job Duties:
Housepersons will be responsible for cleaning toilets, urinals, basins, walls, mirrors, showers, counters, all fixtures, floor surfaces, furniture, and wash dishes, using dust mops, wet mops, sponges, brushes, rags, and/or cleaning agents, transporting soiled and clean linen between the laundry and the loading dock, dusting pictures, ceiling fans, ceiling lights, louvers, railings, and standpipes, polishing furniture and fixtures using brushes and/or cleaning agents, hanging shower curtains/liners, stripping and waxing floor surfaces, shampooing carpets, moving furniture, operating and maintaining vacuums, extractors, scrubbing machines, burnishers and other equipment, emptying trash and operating trash compactors, washing dishes and operating dishwasher, and assisting with supply and linen inventory. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00AM – 2:00PM, 7:30AM – 3:30PM, or 3:00PM – 11:00PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
