Job Duties:

Banquet Setup/Housemen will be responsible for setting up banquet rooms, meeting spaces, outdoor venues, and dining areas according to event orders and Club standards, arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, dance floors, buffets, bars, arrange and plug in projectors and/or microphones according to simple instructions, break down and reset event spaces promptly and efficiently following events, assist with moving furniture, equipment, supplies throughout the Club, ensure banquet rooms and service areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked, maintain cleanliness of storage rooms, banquet equipment, and service stations, work closely with Banquet Servers, Bartenders, and Management to ensure successful event execution, respond promptly to setup changes and member requests, assist with loading and unloading deliveries related to banquet operations. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to fifty (50) pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm and 2:00pm - 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club.
