Job Duties:

Employee will perform temporary industrial electrical and controls support work for manufacturing facility installation, expansion, maintenance, and commissioning projects. Duties include but are not limited to: 1）Install, wire, test, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain industrial electrical and electronic control equipment used in manufacturing facilities, including programmable logic controller panels, control cabinets, relays, circuit breakers, sensors, switches, motors, variable frequency drives, and instrumentation transmitters. 2）Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, panel layouts, and equipment manuals. 3）Perform input/output checks, field device verification, startup and commissioning support, preventive maintenance, and basic equipment parameter adjustments. 4）Diagnose electrical faults, control failures, communication problems, and equipment malfunctions. 5）Run conduit, pull wire, terminate and label cables, and perform continuity and insulation testing in connection with installation, retrofit, maintenance, and upgrade projects involving industrial control equipment and related utility systems. 6）Prepare daily reports, inspection records, and commissioning checklists, maintain tools and materials, and follow site safety and lockout/tagout procedures. 7）Communicate with China-based equipment manufacturers, technical support personnel, and parts suppliers regarding equipment startup, troubleshooting, parameter verification, repair issues, replacement parts, and review of Chinese-language technical manuals and documentation.

Special Requirements:

Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese to coordinate technical issues with China-based equipment manufacturers and to review Chinese-language equipment manuals, troubleshooting instructions, and parts documentation, when required for China-manufactured equipment. Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics. 24 months of experience in industrial electrical, controls, automation, or a related occupation involving installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial electrical and control equipment. Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
