Job Duties:
***RFI response*** Set up, operate and tend automated assembling equipment such as robotic and fixed automation equipment: automated wafer loading and unloading systems, robotic wafer transfer systems, conveyor systems, cassette loading/unloading stations, automated production line material handling systems, inline inspection and vision systems, screen printing equipment, cell sorting equipment, packaging and labeling equipment, HMI (Human Machine Interface) control terminals, PLC-controlled automated manufacturing equipment, ABB industrial robots used for wafer and product transfer, automated fixed production line equipment used in: texturing, diffusion, PECVD, screen printing, testing & sorting. Select production recipe from predefined approved production programs. Specific tasks include: verify machine status before production start, load production material into machine feeders, trays, cassettes, or loading stations, start and stop production runs following standard operating procedures, facilitate machine alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery equipment, and materials, conduct cosmetic, functional inspection as per work instruction, mark, record, and report defects, identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies, perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems, collect, record, and summarize inspection results, complete manual assembly, cleaning, testing, inspection work as per work instructions, prepare and sort material such as: silicon wafers, wafer cassettes, labels, process consumables, finished solar cells as per work instruction, load/unload material onto machine or manual workstations using: automated loading stations, wafer cassettes, carrier trays, conveyor systems, computers and production terminals, place wafers or product carriers into machine loading stations, remove processed products from unloading stations, move product carriers between production areas, scan production lots into manufacturing systems, verify proper product identification, confirm production lot routing, clean and perform preparation of worksite, workstation, and machines using IPA cleaning solutions, vacuum equipment, ESD-safe cleaning materials, remove dust and debris from production areas, clean workstations prior to production startup remove waste material from designated areas, maintain cleanroom housekeeping standards, inspect workstation condition before shift startup, replenish approved consumables and operating supplies. ***Original*** Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences. Conduct cosmetic, functional inspection as per work instruction. Mark, record, and report defects. Check mechanical dimensions and perform go-no-go electrical tests. Collect, record, and summarize inspection results. Complete manual assembly, cleaning, testing, inspection work as per work instructions. Prepare and sort material as per work instruction, load/unload material onto machine or manual workstations. Clean and perform preparation of worksite, workstation, and machines . Check final assembly for finish, labelling and packaging methods. Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies. Check mechanical dimensions and perform go-no-go electrical tests. Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems.
