- Job Duties:
- Server Assistant will be responsible for assisting with clearing and resetting tables, stocking and maintaining dining and service areas, handling dishes and tableware, stacking soiled plates and glasses in the dish room, maintaining cleanliness standards, responding to guest requests, and supporting servers to ensure service standards and positive guest interactions.

- Must be able to walk and stand for the duration of shift, carry glass racks of 25 lbs, carry trays up to 40 lbs, and climb up/down stairs/inclines. Must be able to understand and read the English language. Must be able to work in a consistently fast paced and loud environment.
