- Job Duties:
- Teach ski/snowboard techniques using Professional Ski Instructor Methodology, covering safety and adult and children specific instruction. Assist in all operational aspects of the ski school including but not limited to teaching, set up of outdoor teaching areas, fitting of ski equipment and general cleanliness of area. Must have a high level of guest service. Must understand and abide by company procedures.

- Special Requirements:
- Valid Professional Ski Instructor of America (PSIA) Level 3 Certification or equivalent in home country. Must understand and abide by company procedures. Valid Professional Ski Instructor of America (PSIA) Level 3 Certification or equivalent in home country. Post-hire Criminal Background Check and reference check. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts available 7 hrs/day for 5 days a week (2 days off midweek) including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 8:00am to 4:00pm, shift hours may vary based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $28.00 - $39.10 per hour (based on merit and past experience with our company) Possible Wage Increase: Possible Pay Raise based on years of service and merit based on prior seasons evaluation. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $42.00 to $58.65 per hour. Fringe Benefits: Winter Season ski pass, 2 Complimentary lift tickets (friends and family), 30%-50% at Food and beverage locations, 30% off at retail shops, and discount rates at village lodging.
