Job Duties:
Responsible for executing the safe and efficient operation of snowmaking equipment in order to provide the best possible snow conditions, including: performing general upkeep of snowmaking buildings, equipment, snow guns and hoses, adjusting snow guns to maximize production, operating a snowmobile, performing daily maintenance checks, removing snow, other on-snow activities, attending staff meetings. Must be willing to work overnight hours in winter conditions and will required to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Special Requirements:
Three (3) months of maintenance experience in a resort, private club, tourism, or professional environment required. Must be willing to work overnight hours in winter conditions and will required to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts are available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 4:00am-11:00am, 07:00am-3:00pm, 4:00pm-11:00pm, 7:00pm-03:00am, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $21.29 to $26.00 per hour (Based on merit, experience and lead roles) Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit, experience and lead roles. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $31.94 to $39.00 per hour. Fringe Benefits: Meal and retail discounts, free ski lift pass.
