- Job Duties:
- Responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, preparing various raw vegetables for cooking or serving by slicing with a knife in the kitchen of a restaurant, and sorting and removing trash. Types of foods being prepared -- Raw vegetables, Type of establishment work performed in – Restaurant, Tools or equipment used during food preparation -- a knife, Employee preparing foods from raw ingredients.

- Three (3) months of experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train. Days and Shifts: Following Shifts are available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 8:00am-3:00pm, 10:00am-5:00pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, 3:00pm-10:00pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour (Based on merit, experience and lead roles) Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit, experience and lead roles. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $30.00 to $34.50 per hour. Bonus: Gratuities possible. Fringe Benefits: Meal and retail discounts, free ski lift pass.
