Job Duties:

Maintain container-grown trees for wholesale sales. Load and unload small trees, plant saplings; duties include spraying, weeding, fertilizing, transplanting, labeling, pruning and watering trees. All operations are done with hand tools, such as shovels, trowels, and pruning shears. Responsibilities also include maintaining tree lines and tree and plant health. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements.. Possibility of performance based raise and/or bonuses, Overtime and Saturday work as required. Wage rate based on tenure and level of responsibility. Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Caddo Mills, TX. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
