Job Duties:

***RFI Response*** Right of Way Laborer/Landscapers will perform the stated tasks to keep clear/maintain vegetation around pre-established private utility rights of way. ***Original F.a.2*** Workers will maintain existing rights of way by hand clearing brush and pruning dormant trees/shrubs from ground level using pruning saws, shears, rakes, pruning poles, electric clippers, and brush trimmers. Workers may use chainsaw or axe to cut up trees/large branches that have fallen across rights of way. Work is performed entirely on the ground. Load and unload equipment/materials/supplies. Must follow all safety regulations and Creo Green Energy LLC safety guidelines, including but not limited to employer-provided personal protective equipment.

Special Requirements:

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is 4 days per week. Friday and Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
