Job Duties:

Prepare, season, portion, and grill meats according to restaurant standards and specifications. Monitor cooking temperatures, food quality, freshness, presentation, and portion control. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, grilling equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with health and safety regulations. Properly store, label, and handle food products to prevent contamination and ensure food safety compliance. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and kitchen operations. Receive, inspect, and organize food supplies and kitchen inventory. Follow established recipes, preparation methods, and restaurant procedures. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
