Job Duties:

Cart Service Attendants will be responsible for cleaning, washing, drying, and preparing golf carts for daily play, staging and organizing golf carts for tee times, tournaments, and special events, greeting members and guests upon arrival and departure, loading and unloading golf bags onto golf carts, transporting golf bags and equipment throughout Club property using golf carts, occasionally transporting golf bags by hand over short distances, operating golf carts, utility vehicles and mechanical range ball collection equipment in a safe manner, collecting, washing, and replenishing driving range golf balls using manual and mechanical methods (mechanical methods include using a golf cart with a picker attachment on the front end, using a machine-fed ball washer, and lifting plastic crates of golf balls into a range basket), stocking towels, scorecards, pencils, sand bottles, water, and other golf amenities, monitoring golf cart cleanliness and battery charge levels, cleaning golf clubs as requested, and ensuring all golf carts, utility vehicles, and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, charged, and secured at the end of each day. Additional duties include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, bag storage areas, golf cart staging areas, practice facility, and surrounding golf operations areas, emptying trash receptacles and picking up debris in assigned work areas, setting up and breaking down tournaments, golf outings, and club events by loading golf bags onto golf carts, staging golf carts at designated locations, and returning golf carts, golf bags, and equipment to the cart barn following events, assisting members and guests with golf-related needs such as removing clubs from their vehicle and placing them into a golf cart, providing general information and directions regarding club facilities and golf operations, and reporting damaged equipment or unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to management. Cart Service Attendants will need to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift and carry golf bags weighing up to 50 pounds. The position is performed primarily outdoors and requires working in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight throughout the workday. Employees must be able to safely operate golf carts, utility vehicles, and golf operations equipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 1:00pm, 10:00am - 5:00pm, or 12:00pm - 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.

Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of experience in a customer service or hospitality role at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employers expense.
