Job Duties:

Load/unload small trees not to exceed 6 to 8 ft in height using hands; plant saplings using a standard garden shovel or spade; trim/prune small limbs on trees/saplings to promote desired shape using hand held pruner only to a height reached from ground level. Maintain plants by watering, weeding, fertilizing and planting. Work primarily performed on the farm. Workers may deliver trees in a Ford F250 to clients within listed counties, must be eligible to obtain a US drivers license to drive. Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather. Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequent stooping or bending. Involves repetitive movements. Post Hire/Employer Paid Drug Test. Post Hire/Employer Paid Background Check Possibility of performance based raise, bonuses, overtime and Saturdays as required. Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location in Argyle, TX. 60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day. Daily hours may vary between start and end times listed depending on weather or job assignments.
