- Prepare, season, and cook menu items including breakfast and lunch foods, sandwiches, salads, and specialty items. Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen equipment. Follow recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and food preparation areas. Assist with food storage, inventory rotation, and kitchen sanitation. Work cooperatively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meals during peak seasonal demand.
