- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform commercial and residential maintenance including winter storm clean up, shovel, throw, and plow snow. Chip ice, spread salt, apply salt treatments to pavement and walkways. Snow/ice equipment maintenance. Use hand tools and equipment such as snow shovels, plow, snow thrower, salt spreader, and ice chippers. The workers will not be operating a truck with snowplow attachment to the front of the truck and will not be spreading salt via truck.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme temperature, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours.
