- Job Duties:
- Prepare a small variety of concession-type food and beverage that require a short preparation time. Taking and filling customer orders and cleaning food equipment, when necessary. Food preparation includes frying dough using small fryer; cutting and squeezing lemons to make lemonade; and mix batter from premade ingredients for funnel cakes and corn dogs, then fry those items using small fryer.
