- Prepare, assemble, & serve simple carnival-related ready-to-eat foods such as corn dogs, chicken tenders, pizza, fries, nachos, hot pretzels, sausage, Philly steak, burgers, hot dogs, turkey legs, & lemonade using small deep fryers, mixers, warmers, & grills. All foods to be served require a short preparation & cook time, as many food comes frozen and only need to be heated. Hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, & Philly steak – no preparation needed as all of these food items come prepackaged.
