Job Duties:
Workers will assist with seasonal agricultural operations on a 3,500-acre grain farm producing wheat, canola, soybeans, corn, and other small grains. Duties include operating farm machinery such as tractors and harvesters to plant, cultivate, and harvest crops. Workers will be responsible for attaching implements, tilling soil, seeding, and towing harvesting equipment. Tasks will include transporting grain and supplies within the farm and performing basic mechanical checks such as lubrication and fluid level monitoring to ensure proper operation of machinery. General farm labor may include clearing debris from fields, basic maintenance of equipment, and other farm-related activities as needed based on crop cycles. Workers will also assist with preparing equipment and facilities in late winter, supporting planting and crop maintenance during spring and summer, and working intensively during the fall harvest. This job is classified as Skill Level I (entry-level). No prior experience is required. All necessary training, including equipment operation and safety procedures, will be provided by the employer at the start of the season. The position follows a predictable seasonal schedule that peaks during spring planting and fall harvest.

No experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Skill Level I Entry Level Pursuant to the Interim Final Rule (IFR) implementing the new four-level wage system for H-2A occupations, the employer designates this position as Skill Level I Entry Level, indicating that the job requires limited experience and routine supervision consistent with entry-level duties. The employer reserves the right to withhold the applicable housing deduction as permitted under program regulations, when approved and disclosed in the job order.
