Job Duties:
Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, dessert and other food for consumption. Measure and mix Ingredients according to recipe, using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as blenders, mixers, Grinders, slicers, digital ovens, digital fryers and Knifes. Clean and organize Coolers, Freezers Put away ordered stock items, take out refuse, cleaning of kitchen floors and dishwashing. Must be able follow all sanitation rules and laws. Employer will offer 35 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Shifts vary: 7:00am-3:30pm, 12:30pm-9:45pm, 2pm-9:45pm; each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid meal/break. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy. Holidays and weekends required.
