- Work shifts vary both am-pm as well as doubles; 7am to 4 pm, 10am-4pm, 4pm to 12am,10a-4p/4p-11p. Overtime is possible-varied .Take orders and serve food & beverages to patrons at dining tables in the dining establishment. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and in a polite & courteous manner. Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check and routine reference checks. Pre-hire drug screening, security background checks and routine reference checks will be carried out equally between USA workers + H2B workers..Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must have prior experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, hotel or private club as a server. Must be able to stand and bend repetitively during entire shift. Must be able to work any of the seven days of the week, days off rotate. Must work holidays as required.
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes 50% of the employment period covered by the job order. Return transportation + daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, will be provided or paid for, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the employment period. we will arrange, cover the reasonable cost of inbound travel, w/ daily subsistence expenses. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical + reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. subsistence expenses incurred daily rate of min $12.68 per day w/ a max of $55.00 per day w/ receipts.
we will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. (excl passport fees)
we will provide workers without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, + equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
On the job training will be provided to workers.
A single workweek used to compute wages due.

Voluntary shared housing secured off-property. If elected wkly payroll deductions of $90-$130 & Wkly deduction of $20 for security deposit. Fully equip kitchen to prepare meals. er will also provide 1 meal per shift worked at no cost.
we will provide daily transportation, at no cost, to and from the workplace for any temporary workers electing voluntary shared housing, who do not have their own vehicle.
All er provided transportation complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws & regulations, & must provide, at a minimum, the same vehicle safety standards, driver licensure requirements, and vehicle insurance as required under 49 CFR parts 390, 393, & 396.
