Job Duties:
Produce consistent high quality food products according to the recipes and menus or assigned specials in a timely, organized manner; ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times. Cooking will take place in a restaurant. Follow all sanitation policies and procedures. Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Resort is open 7 days a week, workdays will vary Sunday through Saturday. Shift times: 7am-3pm, 12pm- 8pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am, 5pm-1am, 9pm-5am. Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.
