- Job Duties:
- Stewards: 30 openings, min 35hrs/wk. 8a-3p , 4p-11p,11p-6a. Min. starting wage $10.50/hr-$13.00/hr. raises based on performance. OT if available over 40hrs/wk at $15.75/hr-$19.50/hr. Linc Hospitality Inc will perform duties such as cleaning dishes, pots and pans, load and unload dish machine, restock shelves with clean dishes and pans, clean all kitchen surfaces which include sweeping, mopping floors, disinfect surfaces and taking out trash. Monday through Sunday, scheduled shift and workdays vary. Weekends & holidays required. Min. 1-month hotel/resort stewarding experience required. Rotate/split shifts. Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. Optional 3rd party housing may be available at $115/wk-$135/wk and may be voluntarily payroll deducted biweekly plus all deductions required by law. Housing Deposits and/or a $150 nonrefundable admin/cleaning fee may be required if you choose the optional housing option. No on the job training provided. Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay or reimburse directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $13.17/day and max $55/day with receipts), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $13.17/day and max $55/day with receipts), upon departure. Pay bi-weekly. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
