Job Duties:

WR Hospitality LLC needs 10 Temporary full-time Servers from 04/01/2023 to11/01/2023. Perform various financial activities such as cash handling. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service. Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Present bills and accept payments. Make schedule for dining room employees. Days vary Monday-Sunday, rotating shifts 10am-11pm. Must work weekends and holidays. May get up to 8 hours per week overtime when available. Rate of pay is 5.00/hour plus tips but not less than the prevailing of wage of $18.06/hour, OT may be available at $27.09/hour. Optional housing available, for $90 per week and will be deducted bi-weekly from paycheck. A refundable deposit of 250.0 will be deducted over time and refunded at the conclusion of contract and housing inspection. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. No experience necessary. No minimum education required. On the job training will not be provided. A single work week used for computing wages. . Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of the work days in each 12-week period of the total employment. Workers will be paid bi-weekly, on Thursday. Employer will make all deductions from workers paycheck required by law. If worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or if the worker is dismissed early, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least $14.00 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. H2b workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees) by check separate from payroll. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees).
