Job Duties:

Cleaning the worksite, collecting and disposing of rubble, trash, and debris using safety equipment and tools. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Assisting with mixing, pouring and placing concrete. Assisting with coping and tile installation. Pressure wash the pool. Maintaining pool chemicals (chlorine, pH, calcium, total alkalinity) through the pool system. Assisting with pool maintenance and cleaning such as brushing and vacuuming. Tools to be used: screw drivers, small drills, hammer, broom and shovel, Channellock, pliers. Monitoring ad supervising the aquatic safety. Conducting rescue operations. Overseeing swimmer safety. Maintaining constant surveillance of patrons in the water. Providing emergency care and treatment as needed. Acting quickly and appropriately to secure safety. Presenting professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Picking up the trash (if any) and throwing the trash from around the pool, and/or on the pool furniture at the end of the workday

Must be able to swim. Must be able to lift 60lbs. Must be willing to work in all weather climates. MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM 300 YARDS CONTINUOUSLY AND TREAD WATER FOR 2 MINUTES USING THE LEGS ONLY. CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND WORKING WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. First week of employment will consist of at least 35 hours of on the job paid training. Optional Employer Housing provided to the worker for $200/week - will not be payroll deducted. Employer is offering up to 10 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. Transportation to and from the worksite will be provided at no cost to the worker. Uniform (2 shirts and 1 pair of shorts) is required at workers expense. Shirts are $25/each and shorts are $35/pair. Additional uniform items are available for purchase should the worker want additional.
