Job Duties:

Provide a NM VOS Resume online, provide a NM VOS Application Online , By Phone, and In Person, at the nearest One-Stop. Potential US Workers (referrals) will be accepted from the local Workforce Connection Office, through word-of-mouth, gate hires (walk-up workers) and other sources.  All applicants should be thoroughly familiarized with the job specifications and terms and conditions of employment on the job order. This is a full-time temporary position from 4/1/24-10/31/24 Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club has 8 Recreational aides positions at 1 Country Club Rd Alto NM 88312 All applicants must be willing, able and qualified to perform work described in duties. Applicants must also be eligible for employment in the United States and available at the time and place needed. All qualified applicants who register at the nearest Workforce Office and complete an application for this position will automatically be referred to employer.  Employer is required to contact each qualified referral. MONITOR ACTIVITIES AT GOLF COURSE, TENNIS COMPLEX, AQUATIC COMPLEX &SPA/FITNESS FACILITY. MAY PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TOMEMBERSHIP, INCLUDING CHECKING MEMBERSHIP CARDS, CONFIRMINGRESERVATIONS ARRANGING MERCHANDISE & PROVIDING FACILITY INFO, MINORCLEANING OF GOLF CARTS & CLUBS. No experience required. 40 hours per week, Rotating shifts, 6am-11pm, Days vary Monday-Sunday Wage is 17.00-$19.00/hour & 25.50-$28.50/hour overtime based on performance. May get up to 10 hours/week overtime when available. Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Wages computed using single workweek standard, paid every week on Friday. OPTIONAL HOUSING AVAILABLR DEDUCTIONS INCLUDE: $112.50/WEEK FOR RENT & WILL BE DEDUCTED BI-WEEKLY AT 225.00 EACH PAY PERIOD; $25.00 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR OPTIONAL HOUSING DEDUCTED WEEKLY AND REFUNDED AT END OF CONTRACT UPON HOUSING INSPECTION. RAISES AND/OR BONUSES MAY BE OFFERED TO ANY WORKER IN THE SPECIFIED OCCUPATION AT THE COMPANY'S SOLE DISCRETION BASED IN INDIVIDUAL FACTORS, INCLUDING WORK PERFORMANCE, SKILL OR TENURE If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement of these inbound transportation costs will be made by way of a company check payable to the worker upon the completion of 50 percent of the employment period. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 6 or 12-week period of employment period. Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H2B worker (excluding passport fees). Offer to US workers same as H2B workers. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
