Cooking of all types: grilling, frying, baking, sauteing, braising, boiling, steaming, roasting, portioning, re-heating. Meal assembly and plating: burritos, tacos, tamales, enchiladas, tortas, weekly specials, and more. Includes preparing kitchen and foods for the day, starting equipment, gathering ingredients, cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, etc., closing kitchen at the end of day by cleaning, taking care of extra food/waste, shutting off equipment.
