- Job Duties:
- Primarily responsible for working in the pantry/prep stations in the kitchen and charged with cold food and hot food preparations for service. Prep Cooks may also staff buffet carving and service stations and prepare basic made to order requests for guests at stations as needed. Prep Cook is responsible for proper receiving, storage, and rotation of product. Additional duties include: prepare food and ingredients for use in menu items and specials; maintain sanitized work area; ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and in safe, working order; clean/organize stations, coolers and walk-ins for next shift; check daily forecasts to prepare and setup properly; ensure all items are properly prepared, sliced/cut, garnished and consistently presented to quality standards; complete all prep work for line stations; check food items daily for quality and freshness; cross-train to be proficient on all prep stations and stewarding equipment, in order to provide assistance as needed; and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, as well as the following shift, through thorough and accurate daily prep lists. Perform other related duties as required.

5:00 PM, 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM TO 7:00 PM, 12:00 PM TO 8:00 PM, 1:00 PM TO 9:00 PM, 2:00 PM TO 10:00 PM, 3:00 PM TO 11:00 PM, 3:30 PM TO
11:00 PM AND 4:00 PM TO 12:00 AM. 35 HOURS PER WEEK. OVERTIME MAY BE AVAILABLE, BUT IS NOT GUARANTEED. RESORT IS OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK DAYS
AND SHIFT TIMES WILL VARY. SHIFTS VARY BASED ON ESTATE LOCATION, BUSINESS LEVELS, OCCUPANCY AND SCHEDULED EVENTS. HOLIDAY AND WEEKEND SHIFTS
