Job Duties:
Primarily responsible for properly managing all aspects of the store including sales, customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, and overall store performance. Duties include: reporting to Regional Manager; overseeing day-to-day operations of store/restaurant including opening and closing procedures and adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards; meeting monthly sales budget and controlling costs; managing personnel including but not limited to overtime, vacations, training; resolving customer service issues; inventory management; following health and safety regulations. Work will begin 10/01/2024 and end 7/31/2025. Employee schedule will vary and shifts may rotate. Worksite location may rotate between the following two locations: 5407 Belt Line Road, Dallas TX 75254-1501 (San Martin Belt Line Rd) to 3120 McKinney Ave, Dallas TX 75204 (San Martín McKinney Ave). Both in the same MSA and within reasonable commuting distance. All required tools and equipment will be provided at no cost to workers. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. Typically, paychecks will be issued either Thursday or Friday each week, but may be issued every two weeks rather than weekly. If required, overtime pay will be paid at time and a half ($34.44* 1.5) / $51.66 per overtime hour. As applicable, the employer will reimburse in the first work week all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, as mandated and not exceeding the mandated reimbursements. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or place where worker originally departed to work, except if worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Transportation payment or reimbursement will the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances. Daily subsistence at rate of $15.88 / day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
