Job Duties:
Duties: Move, carry, set up tables, chairs and equipment. Carry food service tray. Deliver food and beverage, clean and set tables, remove dishes, replace soiled table linens; replenish linens, silverware, glassware and dishes; supply service bar with food; serve items such as water, coffee and condiments. Slice and pit fruit used to garnish drinks. Stock serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers. Side work as assigned. Set up, breakdown, and replenish breakfast or other buffets. Assist when necessary Hostess when needed to welcome and seat guests. Employer will offer a minimum 35 hours of work per week. Hotel is open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday-Saturday. Rotating schedule, shift times 5am-1:30pm, 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am, and 5pm-1am (Includes unpaid break). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy.

No minimum education or experience required. Must be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification. Must be able to obtain RAMP Alcohol Serving Certification Must pass a post-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Workers are subject to reasonable and/or post-injury/incident drug-testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Applicants must complete an employment application. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts. If necessary, employer will reimburse worker within first pay period for approved cost of meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to exceed reasonable costs. Receipts must be submitted. The employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Uniform provided at no charge to the worker. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.

This position wage and hours are covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement as follows: Basic wage rate: Hire $15.08 per hour, after 3-months of employment basic wage rate $15.91 per hour, after 6-months of employment basic wage rate $16.75 per hour. Employer may increase wage based on experience performance, tenure, market conditions, and/or as set forth in CBA. Effective October 1, 2025, wage increase to basic wage rate $17.50 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at $25.13 per hour. Effective October 1, 2025, overtime will be paid at $26.25 per hour.
