Job Duties:

Ensure efficient inventory management and exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, juggling responsibilities such as stocking shelves, processing orders, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs and addressing inquiries. Work effectively with all customer demographics. Attend store meetings and stay updated on company policies and promotions. Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently. Operate the cash register and process customer sales. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding clothes, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms. Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Open and close the store, disarm and arm the alarm system, and handle managerial tasks when necessary. Utilize inventory systems to order supplies and maintain proper inventory levels. Review and input data into inventory systems. Maintain central distribution inventory. Conduct daily inventory of supplies for assigned areas. Inventory and restock carts as needed. Fill and deliver orders for supplies and equipment. Receive purchases and verify that supplies match purchase orders. Deliver supplies to the correct departments and store them appropriately. Assist with researching problem orders, such as back orders, incorrect shipments, product substitutions, recalls, returns, and stock level adjustments. Maintain storage areas. Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.

Special Requirements:

Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 75-100 pounds. Expect to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, reaching, lifting, and climbing. Basic computer skills and math skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Days and shifts may vary. Holidays, weekends, and evenings required as needed. Employer reserves the right to pay a higher wage, rate, or bonus to any worker in their sole discretion based on performance, skill, tenure, or experience. Employer is offering up to 20 hours of overtime per week as needed, but not guaranteed. A criminal background check will be required at the employer's expense. Employer is offering paid on the job training and an orientation up to 4 hours. Must be at least 18 years of age. Employer reserves the right to do randomized drug tests at the expense of the employer. Optional employer housing is available at a cost of $210 per pay period (bi-weekly).
