Job Duties:
Take orders from hotel patrons, serve food and beverages. Collect payment from customer. Remove dishes from tables, clean tables, and prep for meals. Maintain clean eating area. Must become familiar with menu items, follow serving etiquette and food handling instructions. On-the-job training available.

Special Requirements:
Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift 35lbs. Must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. 35+ hours/week, 6:30am-10:30am or 4:30pm-9:30pm-10pm, Mon-Sun, work 5-6 days/week. Workdays/shifts/hours may vary. Employees will work all hours in a tipped occupation and the employer will comply with the requirements for taking a tip credit under FLSA section 3(m). Employees will be paid a cash wage of $8/hour and the employer will take a tip credit of $9.03/hour. Overtime cash wage is $12/hour and the employer will take a tip credit of $13.55/hour.
