Job Duties:
Help guests meet fitness and nutritiongoals by assisting them to help selectsmoothies and retail products thatinspire them maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Composure • “Thinks on their feet" at all times regardless of internal or external pressures • Informs franchise owner/manager to all problems or unusual matters of significance • Assists team members at the POS with upselling, voiding, or refunding a transaction Delegation • Ensures positioning is in use and all team members understand assigned positions to maintain efficient store flow/operations • Assists in team member management during scheduled shifts, including but not limited to: holding team members accountable to being in proper uniform, reduced phone use, and completing Daily Checklist tasks Drive For Results • Sets the Speed of Service pace for the shift • Supports and adheres to operational standards at all times • Encourages team members on shift to meet/exceed goals and complete daily checklist tasks Ethics and Values • Fulfills cash handling and inventory reporting responsibilities with honesty • Is trusted and relied upon with sensitive information from both their team and franchise owner/manager Guest Focus • Is responsible for product quality and guest service experience • Greets and engages with the guest to provide a friendly experience • Ensures self and team demonstrates Serve To Inspire culture for the shift • Blends smoothies and smoothie bowls according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste Time Management • Shows up on time for work • Balances personal life without interference to their work schedule at Smoothie King • Talks through and delegates Daily Checklist tasks that need to be completed during the shift with team members Self-Development • Is willing to take on new tasks outside of their role • Asks for feedback from franchise owner/manager

Above schedule is a representative example, but is not uniform across employees. Schedules vary based onemployee availability and employer needs. Employees will always be permitted to work at least 35 hours per week, and may work up to as much to 40 hours per week without overtime. Above 40 hours per week, employees will receive overtime pay. Workday schedules can include time slots between 7:00a.m. and 9:00p.m. on weekdays, 8:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. on Saturday, and 10:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. on Sunday.
